可以增加默认功能么？

就是增加个功能 默认保持上一次速度 或者一个定值 比如1.5倍

因为用这个插件的人 基本都习惯倍速观看 默认倍速不用调节 或者微调就可以了

还有就是 倍速菜单能可以给几个用户自定义么 比如输入1.75倍 也是方便快速定位到自己习惯的速度
