[BUG] twitch.tv infinite loading at start of stream.

Issue with twitch.tv When loading, the player gets stuck in an infinite loop and must be paused and played again to fix it or one can change video quality to also fix it. Currently I have added twitch.tv as an exception to work around it, but would be nice not to need it. Thanks
