Add option to set location manually

My GPS is not often in use so the clock never knows the location. And thanks for this nice widget.

Adding support for manually-setting the location adds a lot of complication, as it adds a configuration UI where there presently isn't one. I'm looking to improve location-updating reliability, so hopefully that will help your case as well.

For example, i use the MoonPhase Widget from Marc Tan and there is just one config dialogue upon creating the widget maybe you can realise it the same way? And thanks for your response.
