Improve location-sensing ability

The Wear app frequently just shows no sunrise/sunset information for location as it is too passive in its location gathering. Have it check for location more actively.

What if it just keeps the location cached in own storage and only updates if it passively acquires a different location?

Also what about a convenient way to display the age of the location fix to the user so they could determine whether it's still accurate?

What about an option to toggle active and passive location gathering?
