NeuS Results/Settings

Realized NeuS in this repo is mostly if not all cpu based, which is perfect. Running it at 512 batch size right now. Will write up a little more here. Changed the title to more properly reflect something that I think would be helpful info/insight to folks, will be editing this once training's done on my subject.
