Pre-loading css

Hi,

I was wondering is there any way I can pre-load css using webpack configuration ? I understand that the boilerplate uses styled-components. But it will be good to have option to use .css files as well.

But currently, sometimes css files load after the page has rendered, and styles seems to be broken for it.
