IE8下，路由变化后，组件vm消失

重现过程：

  • 进入例子模块，点击添加地区按钮，再点击编辑按钮
  • 进入其它模块如table组件文档模块
  • 回到例子模块，点击添加地区按钮

本应弹出一个模态框，但是因为dialog_vm消失导致报错

IE8下，弹窗内容变成blank，其他浏览器正常。

是ane的 dialog 对话框。演示代码照搬都会这样。 ane 0.1.5 avalon 2.2.9
