Stream and Oasis Workflow plugin

Attached is my debug.log file from attempting to make a revision to a page on my site with the Oasis Workflow plugin. It seems that I encounter a fatal error in Stream which is then affecting the Oasis Workflow plugin. If deactivated, Stream, does not cause this issue. Is there any help you can provide so that I can utilize both plugins at the same time.
