Add ability to customize admin menu placement

This plugin serves a great utilitarian purpose but most use cases relevant to me are fairly minor. I believe the WordPress admin UX performs at its best when only the most actionable items are prominent in the menu.

I'd like to see an option that can mimic Simple History by allowing the Stream and Alert post types to appear under Dashboard and Settings to appear under the main Settings menu. If this option is enabled, I imagine it would also be smart to add a link to the settings page from the post type views.
