After resetting the database on Multisite, redirect points to the main site

Expected Behavior

After clicking the "Reset Stream Database" button on a Multisite installation, the user's browser gets redirected back to the same screen.

Actual Behavior

The user's browser gets redirected to the Stream settings screen for the main site instead of the network admin.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Visit Network Admin -> Stream -> Network Settings
2. Click the Advanced tab
3. Click "Reset Stream Database" and confirm
4. Observe that you get redirected to the Stream settings screen for the main site instead of within network admin
