3rd level tasks?

Hi there,

neat & handy tool, almost got into a productive flow in only 2 days. Thank you for your time & effort invested.

Two questions:

1. Maybe I do need to learn some more about Markdown (tried like 10 syntax possibilities), is there any chance to have 3rd level tasks?

2. Is there any chance to output all tasks in all folders with a --recursive like switch?

Not sure about the first question, but the second one sounds like you want the --tree option. See #184
