About the evaluation

When labeling with my own dataset, I found that the mat file formed by the real edge is directly data, and the mat of the official real edge has 5 cells inside, and each cell has Boundaries and Segmentation, what is the reason, is it because the thickness of the annotation line is different, then now my real edge and the mat of the predicted edge are directly data, what do I need to change in the eval_edge.m file

I believe that is due to the data collection process for the original BSDS dataset. You may refer to the paper of BSDS for more details.
