How is file rel2candidates.json created

For function of wiki_candidate() in data.py, rel2candidates.json is created by a file named 'instance_of' which was read to find some entities, but I was wondering how does the file 'instance_of' come? Thanks!

Do you know whether the triples in the dataset file e1rel_e2 are triples of the entire background KG or triples of tasks in the train,valid or test ?

I think it's the latter (only include train/valid/test tasks) if you follow the code provided.
