Exporters not loaded when using auto root span

is there a way to disable the stale issue not on this?

I'm in the process of updating an instance that has been updated last in august 2023. I had to run: ``` ALTER TABLE sentry_externalactor DROP CONSTRAINT sentry_externalactor_actor_id_a8478274_fk_sentry_actor_id; ```
