Crop box positioning issue
Describe the bug The Clip Volume Component location does not save. When the project is reopened, the actor location is saved but clip volume reverts back to the original placement in the level.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Place guassian splatter ply into level
- Click on 'Clip Volume Component' for actor
- Move the location of X, Y, or Z for Location
- Save and reopen
- Note that the location did not save
Expected behavior When the project is reopened, the location should be saved to its last modification. When using multiple actors with precise cropping, the need to continually adjust the clip location is very important.

This is the Clip Volume Component using the demo-fox as an example. I tried to move the location. Whenever the UE projects is saved and reopened, it will always revert to the original location when the actor was first placed in the level.
