Hi Yu,

It's an implementation of the AIFT algorithm described in the paper Fine-tuning Convolutional Neural Networks for Biomedical Image Analysis: Actively and Incrementally. Actually I'm not 100% sure if it works since it was written a long time ago. But feel free to use it anyway.
