.txt file not inserted into project on install

Hi,

MainActivity.cs.txt was not added to my pretty much empty Xamarin Forms Android project when I installed the NuGet package through Visual Studio. Also I had to install a xunit.assert, xunit.abstractions and xunit.core to stop getting dependency errors after adding xunit.runner.devices.

IDE: Visual Studio Community 2017, 15.09.15 NuGet Package Manager 4.6.0

Found the .txt files by downloading the NuGet package manually and extracting them from there.

May be it is all alive in https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=onovotny.xunitfordevicestemplates The getting started section seems to be a little bit outdated...
