Task Description

监听根目录下的 README.md 文件变化，在 husky 中的 pre-commit 钩子中监听是否这个文件有变化，为所有的子包下的README.md自动更新文档，指定 core 包，其他不用。脚本文件应该存放在 scripts 目录下
