Are you considering adding a custom machine translation service interface to your program? A few of the better quality machine translation services are now quite expensive.

Other MT services can be integrated by developing new MT plugins according to this: BasicCAT开发笔记（十）：机器翻译与插件的编写.

I will not provide a custom MT service. Building an MT public service is not an easy job.

Baidu, Tencent and Microsoft all provide free quota which is like 2 million words/month. I think it is quite enough for personal use.

Thanks for the work, seems pretty nice. But it crashed after I started a new project and clicked on Translation Memory on the left. I am using Windows 10 build 1903. Also would love to see it supports proxy like http or socks5.

You have to save this project first. It crashes because it cannot find the translation memory database. I forgot to handle this exception.

You can try proxy using Windows 10's own proxy setting. But as Google's API is not blocked, I haven't found a good usage.

Personally, I use OpenConnect to gain access to blocked websites and it works ok.
