Publish a Docker Container with ROCM

Hi,

First of all, I wanted to say - great work!

This is not a issue technically, but would you be able to build a Docker image with the fully patched toolchain for ROCM 5.4.x. That way a lot of folks can use it to test and run PyTorch/AI stuff on the older cards.

Would be great to use your patched .deb files and install them so it could be tested on older GPUs.

Please publish this, share it on HN/ROCM Wikipedia page. You're doing everyone a favor. Do post screenshots when you can run it on the said hardware. Thank you 🙏

I'm keeping this issue as a documentation. In case you do build with gfx803 enabled, that would maximize the compatibiity. Please publish that image too.
