Missing License files in packages

Hello,

When one installs the following packages it appears that the license file is not included:

helper-api-error helper-buffer helper-numbers helper-wasm-bytecode helper-wasm-section ieee754 utf8 wasm-gen wasm-opt

Can this please be addressed?
