License file?

https://github.com/xtuc/webassemblyjs/blob/255ab4de257925d7893f0ad7223fdd29c873cd44/packages/helper-fsm/package.json#L8 The license file does not exist for this package however the license file at the root level seems to indicate its licensed under MIT but the package.json seems to indicate its ISC. Can we add a license file for this package if it is licensed under ISC or correct it to reflect MIT? Thanks!
