cron jobs.... where to add them

Hello! I'm new to Mautic and don't have a lot of experience with docker. My question is.

Do I need to add the cronjobs recommend on the Mautic manual?

Are those on my localhost/server or do I need to add them to the MAutic container?

I hope you can help me. Thank you in advance.
