I am looking for an IRC bouncer written in Go. This one seems to be the most popular on github (based on stars), but without a README it's hard to know if this is intended to be used or just an unfinished project.

Unfortunately I would consider this an unfinished project at the moment, though there is a fairly large amount of working code. There was a tentative readme contributed in a PR that may interest you.
