I updated the readme file and added config templates. This should make it easier for new users to get started.

I'm surprised at the amount of activity around this, considering it's a project I never really finished. I may talk a look at cleaning the code up / and writing a proper readme about what this project is and isn't.

Thanks for the contribution, this is good start to getting this in a slightly-usable state.

It would be nice to have a bouncer written in GO. I'm looking trough the code now. If I find the source of the bugs I'll try to fix them.

I'll make a channel on FreeNode ##xbnc. If you or any one else are interested in working on it
