streams freezing due to error 4005 cant delete temp files because another program is using it

windows 10, emby , xteve

my streams started freezing when this happens

im running 2 instances of xteve from 2 xteve.exe files i have renamed the paths and the temp folder locations C:\Users\User0\.xteve\ C:\Users\User0\.xteve2\
