PLEX, XTEVE, No Audio stream FFMPEG

Hi

My setup:

Windows 10 Xteve - v2.2.0 FFMPEG - ffmpeg-2022-01-19 full build Hikvision Security Camera

I have no audio via plex for my security camera, I can however use the windows VLC Client and the M3U file or RTSP link via VLC Player to stream directly from the camera with audio.

I have TV channels setup on plex that stream audio with no issues.

The camera allows the following audio encoding:

G.711ulaw MP2L2 G.726 AAC PCM MP3

By default the camera is set to G.711ulaw, When changed to AAC Plex allows the stream to start wit audio 1 out of 3 imes and instantly kills the stream.

Am I missing a setting or miss configured something ?. I have also tried changing the settings in Xteve, My current settings are:

Stream Buffer: FFMpeg Buffer Size: 0.5 I've changed this all the way upto 8mb with no luck FFMpeg Binary Path: C:\ffmpeg\ffmpeg-2022-01-19-git-dd17c86aa1-full_build\bin\ffmpeg.exe

Everything else is left at default.

I would like to have the audio from my security cameras stream, Can anyone help.

may read about howto reencode the audio, you have the option in the xteve webui to add encoding strings there, officially not supported as note ;)

as sample to start with ...
