Web interface not loading

Hello,

I paste my web interface that I received from running the xteve program to my internet browser url search box. It displays hmmm... can't reach this page the ip address took too long to respond. I get a ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED OUT.

l want to use xTeVe, but I can't get through to access it. This is my first time using this program.

I have installed xteve and also cannot get the url shown to work. Can anybody help? Xteve seems to be running. I am using a Linux mint system. Thanks.
