Fonts render incorrectly (bits and pieces of characters are missing). image

Details

  • Browser and browser version: Firefox v. 114
  • OS version: Arch Linux
  • xterm.js version: (the demo version on the website)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Visit the xterm.js website
  2. focus the terminal

The font is CaskaydiaCove Nerd Font. The issue persists with Jetbrains Mono (not a nerd font)

I cannot reproduce on Firefox 117.0.1 (64-bit), also on Arch Linux (gnome 45 running on wayland). How are you changing the font family of the terminal on the website?

mine also has problems when using vscode or electron based terminal i am too lazy to find out versions so i put of reporting the issue
