提交kctpun到openwrt package

我已经将kcptun提交到openwrt项目的package中，目前正在审核，pr地址如下： https://github.com/openwrt/packages/pull/9656

我在自己的r7800设备上测试过了，运行正常，如有问题会在这及时反馈，谢谢！
