Incorrect Proposed XEPs
The following XEPs are in the "proposed" state. Verify whether or not the Last Call is still active, and move back to experimental, advance to draft, or pester council as necessary:
- [x] XEP-0186: Invisible Command
- [x] XEP-0234: Jingle File Transfer
- [x] XEP-0280: Message Carbons
- [ ] XEP-0352: Client State Indication
- [x] XEP-0363: HTTP File Upload
- [ ] XEP-0381: Internet of Things Special Interest Group (IoT SIG)

I sent Dave an email last week about those, I’m hoping for a response. I didn’t sent board an email about the IoT SIG though, could you take care about that?
So yeah, I haven't processed that yet in a forlorn attempt to do Council stuff in fixed slots, but this is what we need to do:
For each XEP in Proposed:
If the Last Call started prior to the new Council starting:
Restart the Last Call
Else:
Put a vote to Advance onto the Agenda.
I'm not going to get to this until... Dunno. But we could probably go over them at the Summit in a quiet moment if you like?
@dwd Except for carbons, all were put into last call by the current council. The ones which expired at 2017-12-12 at the first council session (2017-11-29), the ones which expired at 2017-12-21 during the council meeting on 2017-12-06.
I’ll re-issue the one for Carbons now.

Ping, there are till two of these that are past their last call date (one of which has had another LC since this issue was opened).
