Which file associations are done by the installer

The installer asks whether it should do file-associations. But it does not specify for which file extensions. This way it is very hard to decide whether one wants the option or not. Please add to the description text which file extensions will be associated or if there are multiple even have one checkbox per file extension, maybe only checking those by default that have no association already.
