Unable to create a temporary proxy (no remaining port) om high sierra

I'm trying to run httrack on Mac os 10.13 high sierra with the --catchurl flag on but getting the following error:

Unable to create a temporary proxy (no remaining port) I tried switching off the Mac os firewall, switch ipv6 to link-local only. All without result

Any idea how to make this work?
