Does MPEGTS support this MIME type?

I have an H265 flv stream, its mimeType is 'video/mp4;codecs=hvc1.1.1.L150.B0', which causes scrambled screen promblem. It decodes right at first, but latter causes green scrambled screen promblem.

It seems that the tag is devided by 3 parts, and at first it can decode right, which also decodes 1/ 3 part of the video, but latter can not continue to decode the data.
