Clarify message for ParameterSubspace without parameters

In ParameterSubspace.py, the initialisation function outputs No parameters supplied... empty subspace created. This message could be clarified.

Fro example, in the tutorial notebooks, this message may appear like an error for the CustomInstrument to novice users.
