Feature request: 4k resolutions for video

First off, this camera app is amazing. The video features of locking the focus and white balance have been great, and continue to work consistently which has been impressive compared to the other camera apps in F-Droid and even commercial ones.

I know this app hasn't gotten many updates lately, so maybe I'm wasting time here. But with newer devices filming in 4k, I'd love to see that supported on Focal. I use an old Pixel 1, but it can handle 4k video and the inbetween resolutions and seeing those supported would be awesome.

Wow, I'm surprised people are actually still using this app. Unfortunately, it's been a while since I've stopped maintaining it. I'd be more than happy to review and merge pull requests though.
