Unable to launch terminal Windows Terminal: Process returned exit code 9059: The system cannot find the file C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\wt.exe.

Do you have Windows Terminal installed? If so, where is the .exe located?

There might have been an issue on some Windows systems that lead to this error, this should be fixed now in 16.3
