Aircraft engine sounds persistent

Other aircraft engine sounds are persistent with the "Aircraft Engine Sound Volume" setting is greater than 62% with no other aircraft nearby. Aircraft engine sounds occasionally play at other volumes when aircraft are still not present but I can't specifically identify when.
