Encoding issue related to system language

Hello. Currently, xPilot seems to follow system's native charset for chat messages. The native people in South Korea send text messages in Korean. I'm Korean too, but I'm not able to read / send Korean messages because I'm using English operating system. There should be an option to choose text message encodings.
