How to install manually phpMyAdmin?

I can't find a way to do this, and flyenv fails to connect to the Internet through my proxy.

I have phpMyAdmin downloaded, but I don't know which folder to copy it to for flyenv to recognize it

Extract to any folder you desire. The key is to put it as host root path when you add a new Host.

Everything looks right from your image. Make sure the target path has the index.php. If there was an error, what is the error?
