[Suggestion] Conversion to an Android App

The main idea for this is so that it can be used on the go without having to go to the actual website to use it, ideally with all functions offline within the app so you can play around during data downtime.

At least for the heatmap, that isn't a very good idea. Takes too much computation power. On my laptop it takes over a second, so I'd estimate 5+ seconds on a phone. Not nice.

Also, switching back and forth between IPAS and Ingress is annoying.
