Add another state "off"

Enhancement request: There is a difference between an appliance having finished or stopped (and e.g., in the case of a washing machine, using a few watts to keep turning the drum to keep the clothing fluffy) and having been turned off and using 0W. Being able to differentiate between these states helps in taking further actions if the machine has finished but not turned off for some time.
