Look into using QStackedWidget to replace panels

It's currently done using `replaceWidget` and it works fine (maybe a good reason to keep it) but Qt provides a way to do it with https://doc.qt.io/Qt-5/qstackedwidget.html.

GUI: Image preview panels doesn't remember zoom settings

When changing the zoom settings for an image in the image preview panel, and then clicking on a different image in the tree view, the new image will be displayed...
