.NET Standard 1.0

Now minimal .NET Standard version for SharpYaml is 1.6. For example, Newtonsoft.JSON supports 1.0. Is it possible to migrate to 1.0 or 1.3?

It is of course possible (and laborious to do), but I have personally no time nor interests in this. PR welcome though.
