Option to disable autosave message when session_autosave_periodic is enabled

I've set session_autosave_periodic = 1 An option to disable the annoying sometimes distracting success message is a must.

I would also be a fan of disabling this text.

The g:session_autosave_silent option

If you set this option to true (1) the messages normally emitted by automatic, periodic saving of active sessions are silenced.
