有谁能组织一个中国程序员网络工会，大家相互扶持！ 按照现在这个节奏国家不管的话下，过段时间没人关注了！可能这事就不了了之了！希望大家能组织起来！中国程序员该有自己的组织了

建议不要搞组织，尤其不要用工会这种名义。大家继续用去中心化的开源社区的形式开展活动。有了中心化的组织，就有了被打击的目标。

工会确实容易被售卖或者被打击，但是松散的组织在大家在大家需要的时候很难为大家提供帮助。也很难开展工作

我们可以用开源社区的形式就问题谈问题。比如打劳动仲裁官司，有一个律师在 996.Law 那个repo里面提供支持的。

圣人为腹不为目。大家需要做的事，就是把声势搞得越来越大，诉求搞得越来越明确（996违法，加班要付费，离职要赔偿）。有这个实事做了，不用在意有没有一个虚名的组织。
