As a novice xoder I want to see hotkeys for all main menu items which support them so that I learn to be effective quicker

Rationale

Due to technical Electron restrictions, we do not show menu item shortcuts in some cases. Notably, for Add Node, Undo/Redo, Toggle Helpbar. We discussed a potential workaround to bring all shortcuts shown back.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] The shortcuts are shown for the items mentioned

How to implement

• Bring back all Electron accelerators
• As a reaction to a hotkey press, do not run the action but rather dispatch the same hotkey in the UI process so that it will be handled exactly the same way as it done now.
