Preserve scroll positions for different tabs of Deployment pane

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload to a board
2. Expand Deployment
3. Scroll the Uploader log to 50%
4. Switch to the Compiler tab

Expected behavior

The scroll position is at the bottom

Actual behavior

The scroll position is at 50%

How to fix

Possibly, have multiple instances of <Log/>: one per tab
