Wrong time in note

When I add a note to an e-mail, the date of the note is correct, but the time is not. For example I wrote a note at 17.55, but it displays 12.10. TB 78.13.0 Xnote v. 3.1.7

When I start TB the date and time of a new note are correct, but once it's been running more than a day the date and time of a new note are wrong, it seems to default to the date TB started TB 78.14.0 XNote++ 3.1.7

Same here with TB 78.13.0 and XNote++ 3.1.7, I can confirm that the date Thunderbird was started is used.
