Full (almost) display height in notes

Garuda (Arch Linux) Thunderbird 115.4.2 Xnote++ 4.1.8

My settings: imagen Every time I create or open a note its height expands almost the full display height. It doesn't matter if I resize it, next time I open it, it shows same behavior. imagen How to fix it?
